Greg and Heath with the help of others will be running two sessions per day for our Advanced Wrestlers. This camp is geared towards high school, but advanced youth wrestlers 5th grade and older may attend.
This camp will include 6 sessions.
Session 1 will be 1 pm - 3:30 pm each day.
Session 2 will be 4 pm - 6 pm
This camp will be grounded in the basics and will be appropriate for athletes Kindergarten - incoming freshmen. Two of my former State champs will take the lead here. Greg Wilson (pictured above) won 3 state titles for Central between 2010 and 2012. Matt Lupardus won a state title for Keller High in 2007. They will be joined by our outgoing seniors to ensure there is plenty of help to walk our newbies through technique. We have three mats in the small gym, so we will separate the kids by size and gender if possible. We will have plenty of help as our High School Coaching staff and our Outgoing seniors wrestling in college next year will be working the camp.
The camp will include one session each day. Each session will span from 9 am - Noon
Feel free to video tape technique from the stands. Greg and Heath will be showing technipue that is fresh and current.
